I own a scruffy C/H full bolt on 440whp(506fwhp tobe exact) 06 6speed GTO
with the whole deal. Suspenison/brake/ and plenty of cosmetics to get that plain jain car to look the part.
i'm also kinda one of you guys with a WELL modded and cosmetically slick Srt4.
Man those GTO guys are ruthless about the GT Cruiser...calling it a "rainbow car...ugly box ect ect..with zero performance..."how dare that cruiser try my GTO.
Fact is untuned ls2 stock GTO's barely run in the 13's....a tuned stockGTO can run as low as 13.2-5 depending on tranny....auto's are a bit quicker off the line.
Bottom line...if you have a semi modded GT... do em. they need a lesson.
i HAD to dump mega bucks into the GTO because even with its awesome ls2..
that heavy pos...felt like a lexus smooth power not a muscle car.
now i'm not stirring up shit. i tend to retaliate when i read posts like
beat a pos Neon ...or the breadbox had the nerve to challange me.
I am loyal to both forums. i was here first. and even with 500whp my
pos Neon with a mere over 400whp is still such a match for the GTO and in a rollong situation...its quite funny how power to weight rasies its ugly head and the srt inches bye the big bad NA 6.0 liter motor well until 140....

ok so...if you have a chance go post some pictures and hp# on the GTO forums..be respectful. but show them how cool the GT can be...personally i'd consider buying a low miles PT stripper and swapping everything into it from my car...
Anyone ever do that? And what have you guys done so far...Big turbo's with the manual...or auto?? what hp can it handle 350 in a auto gt would be awesome.....and the style is so retro it can't help but be cool...when done right.

I have a GT cruiser Intake Exhaust hardpipes MBC Stage1 and i messed with i think it was a older one without the hood scoops and i hung with him pretty well but he eventually pulled away boy he was having a fit he swore i was spraying but i wasnt lol but o well im getting a EVO tomorrow then ill gladly bust his ass
thats funny because i have raced a few of the base models and 2 of the 06 models and neither of them could beat me, granted from a dig they were able to get a half to 3/4 car on me but from a 35 roll no chance in hell for them to beat me all they saw was my tail lights. i never had a issue with the guys i raced they all gave me props for the 4 banger and yes they all asked if i was spraying i said nope and showed them under the hood... turbo ftw!!!
yeah your right....the stge 3 head and the fast intake and th 3 in tubing and th tune are all at Horsepower.....so i do have the parts Lucile
and 440wh is 507 crank hp...so symantics i do have 507 hp GTO
just not to the wheels..

i run 12 flat in street trim in my srt4 with 0 track prep.....thats the kind of cars i drive.. and with a tre change it will outhandle and outbrake most high hp srt4..its a 3076 capable of 525....so i like to keep things reliable...also i only run to 6200 with a dtec f/b.....i'm doing the poor ans 7k limiter..which will easily make me another 40whp at same psi.
you are 1 of maybe 10 in the country off spray doing those numbers...good for you. i'm at the party lucile just not the main attraction.....my 500whp GTO Na is also a formidable car..especially since i have pedders street 2 serios/brake upgrades/ extrior mods/ and the harrop 3.73 gears.... easy mid 11 daily driver....with far more class than my Srt4...
try shoing up at a banquet in a srt4...the srt8 yes , the GTO yes but the srt4 is a pockect rockect that shames the high dollar cars.

i do truly respect your car...but i don't want a stroker motor...i want a stock internal 450whp srt4...thats a 11 second car ..with the proper traction mods boost by gear ect ect ...you know better than i...

now the Nos issue.....i likely won't do it...500 is fine for a cruiser that can handle and brake... it too will be 11 seconds....i mean just 5 years ago i was happy to run 12.5.....

Take out the Busa, put the Sneaky Pete 25 shot, and the wet 100 shot on, send Nemo a check, project your horsepower numbers, call your butler and all those 'most' people that respect you, and purchase some common sense.
Once more my shop doens;t even have the correct dyno sheet...they said 439....to me when you talk thats 440.....
THe issue was i had a question about when the work was done ie what would 500+rwhp GTO need for such and such

So to Lucille...i am sorry if you think i lied....when my shop says yep the livernois head the upgraded split cam and the fast intake should have you at 500 up from 440 i beleived them and passed it on for potntial questions since driiveshaft and launch issue star to occur around 450+
I'm not going to appologize for my Srt4 i could alot more hp ..over 500
its capable of it i prefer a safe tune...and long lasting balanced racer.
to the other that has a real 500whp GTO i'm right there with you as soon as my ride comes out of the shop....
though i'll be installing the aps system soon...so come get me will you can.
also my GTO is pedderized Stret 2 serious with hotckis sway and big brake kit. and harop 3.73 rear end with cover and all the little goodies like cf driveshaft.....
i am just as fast as i think....and faster than you real soon aps will see to that...if not NX will temporarily
and yes a ls2 untuned stock turns lousy numbers!!13.5 would be a miricle for a 6 speed gto ls2.... even r&t said they didn't understand why the ls2 turned the same time..cause they come factory richpig tuned.
just a tune makes all the differnce on a stock ls2.
and now your GTO is getting the APS system, which I have for my GTO btw..
you listed a mod list that isn't ideal for a boosted LS2 engine.
Then you said you had already installed a Sneaky Pete 25 shot, yet in another thread the very same day you were asking what has to be done to the car for a 25 shot, then in 1st thread you later said we all forced you to order a wet 100 shot, and now you post here you have the APS TT setup.

You put that on there with the mods you claim you are about to have and your motor goes pop, i promise you. btw bone stock ls2 gto's can and have run high 12's given the right conditions. 98% chance you wont make 500rwhp on your stock block/crank, that is not easily attainable.
