Default relay output question ?

ok i currently have a dual pro version

but i`m thinking of switching to a single kit with the relay option

but the relay module is kind of ... pricy

is it possible to only get the connecter and a couple of inch of wire..for less

i don`t need the relay...i just want to send the signal to voltage sensitive input (on my varisafe)

my only input left is my 0.4V input so even the led voltage will be high enough for my purpose

other wise i could probably solder the wire directly to it...but hey the price for asking is still cheap

For $55 you get the relay, connector, and the module which contains the relay driver. The output from the gauge alone will not drive the relay.

The module is connected to the coil wires of the connector. I suppose we could cut the connector off and you'd save yourself the cost of the relay, which I beleive is about $4. It would be up to you to connect your relay properly.

Maybe I'm not fully understanding this. Do you not need the module either, just they wire from the gauge that has a very low current 5v signal when activated?

don't need the module either

i only need a voltage signal...no power...maybe a couple of mA to power up the input

so on short i would only need the connecter that goes into the gage and a couple of inch of wire...
