Default Question on datalogging with Aeroforce

Sorry if this is readily available info, I was a bit confused on this subject.

So Im wondering if I can pretty much hit record and then when I playback, obviously only 2 items can be onscreen at once. So I can put RPMs and Analog (Wideband) and then play it so I can see my AFs at the rpms. Makes sense...

But then can I change it to Fuel Trim over RPMs and play it back again? And then again with Knock over RPMs, etc?

Or must I select the 2 variables before hand and then im 'stuck' on those 2 only? Thanks

Whatever 2 are on the screen is what you record only those 2. It wont record calculated things like hp. I record rpm and KR then make another pass and record rpm and boost then set boost so no KR. I want to add a wideband to this probably a inavate lm-1 or just the lc-1 but not sure if it records the analog inputs or if it will read correctlly with the inavate stuff. What are you useing for a wideband?

The xd16 does it use the analog out of the lc-1 or is it like the lm-1 where you have your analog outs for somthingelse ? If so I would run the xd16 and the aeroforce the xd16 has to be alot easier to see while driving and then you can also use the aeroforce to playback in the car no laptop. The xd16 will record but need a laptop to view.
I think for what im doing all I need is the lc-1 and the aeroforce set the boost at the track use the aeroforce to record Kr and A/F call it a day .I really dont want the car full of gauges. Im still not sure if you can record the anolag inputs of the aeroforce but If it does thats great. Mayby someone can clear this up for us?

my issue with the XD16 is it doesnt have a hookup for rpm as far as i know (require an extra unit). so logging is practically useless of i cant measure over rpms. if i hook it to the aeroforce i have rpms in addition to lots of other crap

the xd16 does have some cool things. like for instance i dont care about under 12:1 and over 15:1 quite honestly. if its ever under 12 thats bad and same with over 15 (except idle). so i dont need the little needles to display from like 10-20 or whatever it does normally (like the aem) also it has a warning indicator which beeps or lights up or something when its leaner than a certain point.

My concern is partially money but more so that i dont want a gauge pod on the pillar and adding a 2nd pod to the dash looks funky imo. I dont need the stock boost gauge as i have a profec b.

Just my thoughts... lol

you could maybe go with the ot-1 from innovate to datatlog then

ok you have to remove your aeroforce gage

but like you said after that you can input the lc-1 signal in the ot-1 to get afr versus rpm psi and some other

but if the guys from aeroforce are talking about datalogging since a while will maybe come out one day

The Aeroforce gauge will record it's analog inputs. I am typically logging A/F ratio vs RPM. I've also recorded oil pressure, as well as boost from an external 3 bar MAP sensor.
