Problems. Not enough parameters and recording problem.
Ok so I bought the dual set up and got them around a month ago.
The first gauge has less things on it than the second gauge. First Gauge Scan Set Up
(here is what it has when you go to set up): IAT, Coolant, RPM, Boost, Thrtl PCT, MPH, Ignition Adv., Shrt Trm B1, Lng Trm B1, 02 Millivolts, Fuel Status, Engine Load, Analog 1, Analog 2 Cyclic Scan

Ok now the second gauge has a lot more stuff to it. Second Gauge Scan

The second gauge also shows Platform 1 and Platform 2 when you hit setup. Here is the list of parameters that I get on the second gauge.
IAT
Ambient
Coolant
Trans Temp
Exhaust Temp
RPM
Boost
MAP KPA
Barom
MAF lb/min 1
Thrtl PCT
Thrtl Volts
MPH
PW
Inj Duty
Base Spark
Spark Adv.
Ignition Adv.
CAM POS DEG
Knock Retard
ST Knock
LT Knock
Fuel Knock

Fuel Status

Analog 2
Now Platform 2 on the second gauge doesn't show the MAF lb/min 1 but it just says MAF. What's the difference?
Also when I record on my second gauge and I go to play it, it won't play it just shows 0. For example, I was wanting to record Knock Retard and I hit Record and did some pulls and went to play it and it just showed 0. Also why is Knock Retard not on the first gauge? I wanted to have Ignition Adv. and Knock Retard showing on the same gauge.. so I could record them together.
Sorry for all of this but it's really confusing me.
i tried boost too and nothing... even when i hit record on Knock Retard... it shows that i get some knock but when i hit play nothing happens it just shows 0 all the way through...
I have duals also and they work flawlessly,Did you try flipping the connectors from one gauge to another to see if it changes anything.....it shouldn't but i'd try.
"Dual Interceptor Option: Two Interceptors can be purchased with a special splitter cable that allows both gauges to operate simultaneously. The second gauge of a dual set in most cases is simply another single gauge programmed to working in tandem. The exception is the SR dual set in which case the second gauge will show a smaller subset of parameters than the main gauge. This is due to limitations of the Chrysler PCM. Check the list of parameters and features for more details. This second gauge also will not have a performance timer."
The secondary gauge only shows "Generic" parameters, the PCM cannot communicate with two devices requesting enhanced parameters at the same time. If you want to watch IGN ADV. and KNOCK and the same time use the first or main gauge.
If you are sure you are getting knock and it's not recording for some reason I will check the latest code on my car. Do other parameters record and replay properly?

Yes I even tried boost on that gauge and it didn't record. I have it set to Knock Retard and MPG and it didn't record either one of them..
I tested it again and when I hit record and hit the gas it like changes to a darker blue on the background like the other gauge does and it has the squares next to it and it scans like normal but then when I hit play it shows 0.0 for MPG and KR... something's wrong here.
If you got them a month ago you have v2.6 or 2.7 right? I was able to record boost too with these so there is no explaination. This is not a failure mode, if these parameters don't record then nothing can record.
Anyway, I guess we'll need to check it out. You'll need to send it to:
Aeroforce Technology Inc.
34115 Mills Rd Unit 6W
North Ridgeville, Oh 44039
Please include a note.
Finally, why are you recording MPG and does this happen when you record something normal like rpm vs knock?

Well I have one gauge set to monitor Ignition Adv. and Boost and the other to monitor Knock Retard and MPG. Gotta save that gas How accurate is the boost on the scangauge?
Its pretty accurate. I notice if I have my headlights on/radio playing at night and then when I go turn off the radio/lights or any other electrical thing. I get more vacuum at idle... Pretty messed up.
Well I got it to record Knock Retard. Is it supposed to be able to record everything? What are the white, green, and red wires for? They have their own little slot to plug into the back of the gauge. I don't know where my paper went so I forgot.
