I called UPS like 3 times and they said you guys requested a tracer as you told me and they told me to get with you guys about it. You guys should be all over their ass about this. Basically someone either stole my shit or lost it and now they are "trying" to find it. I'm actually pissed now. I know it's not your fault but you guys should definitely look into it more. I'm out $410 right now with nothing to show for it. FUCK!

In situations like this UPS will not pay a claim until they feel they have been given enough time to find it. Yeah it sucks but there's not much you can do. I've had them deny claims saying that they have data indicating it was delivered and I was SOL and I've had to ship replacements at my loss. Anyway, they did finally accept my claim and are sending payment so replacements are going out.
