We now carry oil and fuel pressure kits that are compatible with the analog inputs of our gauges. The kits come with a 0-130 psi sensor and matching connector/pigtail and cost $60.
We also have appropriate fittings which will make most installations very easy. The sensors have a 3/8" NPT fitting. We have 3/8" to 1/4" adapters. When installing the sensor on the side of the head you'll need the 1/4" adapter. This is how I installed it in my SRT-4.
The kit will come with instructions on connecting and scaling the Interceptor's analog inputs. This is an easy and cheap alternative to installing a separate gauge for these functions for those who already have the Interceptor gauge.
In the next month we'll also have 3 bar MAP and EGT kits.
Will this be available for cars other than the SRT-4?
I've got the gauge on my Cavi and love the product.
Even though I'm not turbocharged yet, is a great tool for doing basic a/f adjustments and seeing what the car is doing.
Any tuner whether n/a or turbo should have this gauge.
I'd also be interested in the oil pressure but if it's only going to show voltage and you have to convert the numbers may drive me to buy the actual gauge.
Some info on this would be nice on the conversion factor.
Once connected the gauge will show pressure units. You have to enter the conversion using the menu function, but this is easy. The kit will tell you what to enter in the instructions.
These are universal, so it will work on the Cavalier as well. We have a couple fittings available that may make the install easier. These are available on the site as well. There's a 3/8" to 1/8" that is needed on the SRT-4 to install on the side of the head, where most people attach the sensor. The Cavalier will most likely need a 3/8" to 1/4" to replace the stock pressure switch (the idiot light will not light up). You should verify this size before ordering the fitting though or choose another location. We have both of these on the website.

I just installed you gauge and hooked up my aem WB to the analog 1 side so I can data log it.
I am saving the other analog port for fuel pressure. I have a perrin fuel rail that has a 1/8 npt port for measuring fuel pressure.
Do you have a kit set-up for that?
Also, do you know if the gauge is prone to not turning off and running down the battery?
I already had a dead battery today and don't know if the gauge was the problem?
Secondly, I hooked up my aem WB using the power and ground from the wire to the diagnostic trouble shooting connector which is the same where the interceptor is connected. I wanted to make sure the interceptor and aem had the same ground. Do you know if this is alright? I read somewhere in you instructions that on a cobra there was a voltage difference on the ground.

Getting the ground from that wire is ok, the power should be ok as well although the AEM can add noise to the circuit. This power is filtered though and any noise the AEM adds should be eliminated in theory.
The gauge is not prone to not turning off. Are you seeing this? What other aftermarket electrical equipment do you have? Do you have a standard battery or one of those mini race batteries?
About the fuel pressure, we have adapters that have a male 1/8 NPT fitting. Is this what you need or female?

Question on the fuel pressure sender. Is it steel or stainless? Basicly will it corrode if use for water pressure?
Thanks
The critical component is the internal o-ring which is Fluorosilicone. This is compatible with water. The rest of the device is stainless and aluminum. I have never used one for water but according to the spec. sheet it will be fine. What are you going to measure, water/alcohol injection?

Yes. Water / methanol. Just ordered a dual pro set.
Did anyone tried the fuel pressure sender with a water/methanol injection setup? I would like to hook up one of those sensors to my Interceptor gauge to monitor W/I status, but I'm not sure if the sender will work correctly since the pump is pushing 150 psi and the sender is a 0-130.
i have one of your oil pressure kits, and mine has a 3/8 fitting. so i need to get a 1/4 adapter to make it fit in my cylinder head? that is where i want to put it. thanks

You actually need the 1/8" adapter. You can order this from our website. Go to the oil and fuel pressure page and you'll see them there.
