I was planning on ordering a pair of the Aeroforce gauges, but now this post messed that up for me! When will the "Pro" model be available?
It'll be at least 2 weeks, probably 3. We're working with local vendors/owners to make sure every desired parameter is included. We're testing EGT readings so that we can give an accurate explaination of how to interpret them. We are testing the mpg readings to make sure they are accurate.
Also, we're exploring ways of programming dual Pro units, which are not as simple as the standard versions because the communication is now different.
I want to make sure all this is finalized before releasing them.
That sounds cool. So I could send you the one that I already bought and upgrade for 30$?? Also if I did this could I upgrade to the new gauge and add a second one?? If so what would be the total for the upgrade and the 2nd gauge?
Yes, you'll be able to do this but the pricing isn't set yet. It'll be very close to the total price if you had bought a dual in the first place.
if i have changed my mind about the color of my gauge can you help me with that as well? i put it up for sale but no ones biting. i wanted to go with a dual gauge in red not the white one i received.

If the communication is different with the Pro units, does that affect the scan speed of the gauge? Might the Pro be a little slower or faster than the standard version? The reason I ask is because I have a scantool.net Elmscan5 unit and the reason I went with your gauge is because the Elmscan5 simply doesn't read the parameters fast enough, even when I'm only monitoring only 2 or 3. It might likely be the software and not the hardware though...
The speed is the same on both versions of our gauge. I'm glad you appreciate the value of a decent scan rate. Some products out there are too slow to be useful.

How will EGT function be calculated? EGT would be sweeeeeeet!!!!!!
We don't calculate it, it's coming from the PCM where the factory made the calculation, at least I believe it's a calculation because I don't think there are any temp sensors in the exhaust system. I'm putting a new turbo on our car, and along with it an EGT sensor to compare the factory reading with an actual EGT. In the meantime, does anyone have an EGT gauge already installed that would be interested in doing some testing for me?
Do you have an approximate date that the Pro version will be out? I want to get one of these guages but I'd rather wait until the newer version came out than to have to resend the unit back later to be updated. Thanks for your time. Seems like an awesome product.

I would like a new version one as well, any one using the green/black display to match the factory display....or is red better? How about another group buy?
