Default How to make air fan turn on, help?!

I have the new version of this scan gauge with the function to turn on the fan...I've been having it for a month now and still cant figure out how to turn the fan on from the gauge.

Any help or advice on how to work this?!

Is it not working or you don't know how to do it? Assuming the latter you go into the menu, scroll to the end where it says "controls". Select this, you'll see a screen that has high and low speed on, and fan off. Select either hi or low and the fan should turn on. To turn it off go back to controls and select fan off.

That's exactly what I did, several times, but the 2nd fan never turns on. I placed my gauge on another SRT and it didnt work neither. Everything else on the gauge works flaulesly. Guess I'll just mess with it again tonight...weird. Thanks for the help, though.

The gauge gives you manual control over the cooling fan, it's not a PCM reflash tool.

I still don't understand, in your first post you said you can't get the fan function to work, then you said the second fan won't turn on. What about the first fan? You should be able to turn on at least one of the fans.

Todd,

I got it to work last night...somehow I had to turn the fan option to off then to low then to high and it worked. I had to do it in a sequence or else it wont go to high fan mode.

Greatly appreciate ur replies though.

Your car is a 2003? That's odd, I have not heard of that before. I'll keep that in mind if it ever comes up again.
