For correction I put 90. That calculates the 10%.

I love my Aeroforce gauge. What does the Aeroforce measure the hp by? Is it Hp at the crank or whp?

So I ended up dynoing 391 whp. dynojet. So 10% seems pretty accurate

WELL... It would obviously have to be at the crank... there's no way for the gauge to ACCURATELY calculate WHP if it's not monitoring the wheels, just the engine PCM from the OBD port. If you want an estimate of the WHP, set the HP option to 90 since it reads 10% high and then take off an additional 15% for the FWD crank-to-wheel HP adjustment ratio.

That's what I thought. I don't see how it could calculate the hp at the crank either.
Thanks.

At WOT it only reads 200-220? You must be using a DTEC or map clamp, which is throwing off the calculation a lot. Is the HP correction factor in the gauge set at 100?

i have an safc .... not sure about the HP correction factor, i'll have to check the next time i'm in the car

and yes, it reads 200-220 at wot ... i know it has a lot more than that, considering i trapped 118 with less power then i have now

Yea you are tricking the computer into thinking you have less boost, so the gauge will be off. If you go to manifold psi and go at full boost, im sure you will be at less than 20. At 20-21psi my gauge reads like 12psi Once i get my AGP PCM flash and use a 3-bar map sensor to start showing the computer my REAL boost, i shall be a happy man

Edit: My 50 trim is just like yours. I was reading 2xx in 3rd gear at WOT...i was thinking something may have been a little off

Seems about right, my scan gauge read 333 during a third gear pull with a map clamp....

333 * .9 = 299.7

299.7 * .85 = 255

I dyno'd 245/306, so it seems pretty accurate! I did a third gear pull on the dyno (should've done 4th!!)

I'll be back with the AGP 50 though
