Did you contact service@aeroforcetech.com as described in the instructions?

That type of behavior usually means that is not getting a response from the car. Does it then turn back on shortly after?

Does it display any data before shutting down? What is the part number on the back of the gauge?

no data and the numbers are cnc101v3.3 thats the only numbers i see

Ok, that's what I thought. You need our SR series gauge not a CNC version which is for the newer Chryslers with the CAN bus. You have a NSRT4 right? On a Neon SRT4 a CNC gauge will do exactly what you described. You'll have to contact whomever you bought it from and see what they will do for you.
