Base Spark and Ignition Adv

Ok They said Base Spark what PCM timing set at..
So is Ignition Advance what I watch to see my actually timing being run.. like 25-29*????

I havent watch ignition adv but base spark was 18
and KR flash 3 then 2.5 then 1.5 then stayed at 0
im spraying meth guessing knock popped before meth started spraying good..

base is just that...your base spark. ign advance is after all the adders and modifiers are added into the equation.
