Ok here is my pics so far on the build... kinda a how to i did while installing
Started with this
Start with the back plate removed and of course the other transmission removed... LOL

Then bolt up the supplied back plate

Then bolt up the flex plate to 85 ftlbs

Next i got the torque converter installed in the tranny

And then set the transmission up in the car... Here it fit very well but becareful on the back side with the cross member... but easy to get it

During the tranny install the scattershield was installed
Up til now pretty straight forward but now we start to get into some custom things that need to be done.... For those using the aem the computer system will need to be moved and relocated... darrell gave me some ideas but we we decided to do it this way...
We mounted the aem computer down to the bottom rail where if you have the aem the stock ecu would have been... you will have to removed the plastic covers over the wire harness ends to get you alittle more wiggle room
Next we mount the factory ecu on the oppisite side of the rail behind the bumper persay
After you do the relocation you will need to extend the tps and aic sensor wires to reach the throttle body...
Now i moved to install the manifold and rail and tb... which is pretty up front
Now with the intake installed we had to modify the intercooler to meet up with the uppipe and clear the transmission so we come up with this.... again darrell this might be something to look at when you have to modify again... will save you from buying a 90 degree coupler. We cut the tip off the intercooler to the weld and put a 90 degree turn up on the end slightly angled... to be just right..
Not shown was we intalled the ait sensor in the uppipe and the hks bov... it will all be installed tomorrow.. along with the shifter linkage and cable, and custom mounts for the kirkey seats on slideable rails...
