What mods are available for the SRT8 Jeep?

I am tossing around getting one. But for me one of the main points is how easy it is to mod.

What bolt ons can you get? Cat back, cold air, torque convertor, heads, cam etc etc.....
How many people can tune these?
How many shops can mod these?

Is it true that 15 mpg is the fuel economy expected on the highway?

Adding to this thread. Are there any aftermarket interior packages that don't cost a ton? A little too much bare plastic for me.
