Raced a SRT-8 at the Track this weekend!

I ran against an SRT-8 black cherokee at Cordova drag way Saturday! He ran a 13.9 @ 99mph with a 1.7 60' time. Wish I could get a 1.7' 60 ft on my damn drag radials. 2.1 my best.

Needless to say I spanked him but it was a cool truck! Spanked an EVO also

Good short time but 99mph? Somethings up there. They generally run alot faster than 13.9

Since we're all Mopar guys, if you see that same GC SRT-8 at the track again be a good guy & go over to remind him to release his parking brake before he runs again. Thanks.

I thought that the GC SRT8's ran a pretty low 13's in the quarter mile? I didn't think it was that difficult to run an auto down the track.....

Something is wrong with that GC SRT-8? My stocker ran a 13.31 ET 1.870 60' 101.97 mph and spanked a built Poncho WS6 on the big end. I know more is still in my GC but the launch is important to run the best time. For me a 1000 rpm launch netted me this time and I tried a 2000 rpm, 2200 rpm. I left the traction control full on and hooked real good on a cold track! Gene
