dajohnguy, what do you mean by "impossible to find"? OF COURSE supplies are going to be tight the first few months of release. More than 30 have already been shipped to Florida dealers and more are on the way. THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of Grand Cherokee SRT8's will be built.
Come on... why bother?!?! Its a dealer, people. They'll all lie, cheat, misrepresent and steal from another average guy to make a buck... its the whole premise behind dealer markups... and car sales in general. Thieving SOBs. Defense attorneys, car salesmen, politicians... they're all the same. Anything for a buck.
Heck, I'm in Socal (dealer markup heaven) and I found a dealer in San Diego of all places, that'll sell a JGC SRT8 at MSRP already... while another dealer 5 miles away is asking $2000 OVER MSRP for a 5.7 Limited!!!

we dont have any here in stock, but i know we can get ahold of two.....they are asking 5k over sticker......and to the person who said all car salesmen/dealers are cheats, liars, and whatever we cant help the fact that you have bad credit.....its not our fault that you pay state cap interest rates for a car......if anything blame the banks.....they are the ones who set interest rates......ever haggle a furnature store? ever haggle best buy? as a car salesman we are just trying to make a living, so all of this crap about were all cheats liars, ect is utter bs....sure there are dealers/salesman who are less than honest, but a vast majority of us are trying to make a living.....
I remember when a local dumb f ing dealer was one of the first around to get a srt4, he was trying to get 5k over sticker. I was like whatever dumbass. The salesman said that they trailered it from Florida. ( I live in Iowa ) Like I would ever pay sticker or god forbid over sticker. ROFL
You guys should be up here in Canada. Anyone seen the build count sheet lately for GC SRT 8 , Canada= 4 total in the entire country, you want to talk mark up. There is one dealer in all of the western provinces with the one GC period, I had to beg borrow steal and kill to get it, Silver SRT group 1.
It had better be better than sex and hockey for the wait!
Hey I Dont Know Where All You Guys Are At But Down Here These Cars Are Super Limited....ive Been Waiting For This Car To Come In Forever And Because It Is So Limited And We Only Have One Is The Reason For The Mark Up And I Guarantee You It Will Be Gone By The End Of This Weekend At The Price. Because Ppl Would Rather Pay To Have It Now Than Pay Msrp To Get It Months From Now. I Havent Lied Or Misrepresented The Price Or Car In Anyway...straight Up It Is What It Is - No Bs Behind It...for All You Guys Hating I Could Care Less About You...I Just Wanted To Give The Heads Up That I Finally Got One In Stock To The People Who Are actually Interested Or Looking For The Car HAVE A GOOD ONE!
