i just wanted to let you know how much i'm in love with the cherokee srt8, i just came back from the srt experience and everyone was bragging about the viper but all i had to say was the f***in srt8 cherokee was the best vehicle i drove by far, yea the viper is pretty nice but everytime you try do anything the damn thing would spin out not metion its pretty uncomfortable in the convertible with a helmet on in the rain. I sat in the cherokee flew around the track much faster than i did in any other car (it was raining) plus i hit 120mph on the straightaway on did 85 in the charger and 100 in the crossfire. I don't know if the rain had something to do with it but it still took the turns like a damn sports car and barreled out of them like a friggin drag car. Then after all that if a wanted to go on vacation or something it would be perfect for that to to the best all around vehicle ever created. and once I have enough money someday I will be buying a cherokee srt8. so basically what i am saying is thanks to all of you owners of this spectacular vehicle THANK YOU for making a market for a vehicle of this caliber, and enjoy!!!!

I drove these things at the SRT Track Experience in Atlanta a couple weeks ago, and I'm still grinning from that. It was by far the biggest surprise of all the SRT vehicles and left me getting out to check the "Jeep" badge on the front to make sure it really was a Jeep. Looks, sounds, runs, drives, and feels like a friggin racecar. If anyone knows of one within 500 miles of north Alabama, I have a friend in Tennessee who wants one and can't find one available (even after two months). Prefers silver or black, but whatever is available... He also has an SRT-10 truck, '05 std cab in silver if anyone is interested in buying it.
Of all of the vehicles, I enjoyed driving the Charger the most on the road course. Had to pump the brakes on it and the Magnum (where's the brakes PVO??) to get them slowed down for the turns, but hey they're heavyweights! Had to consider the weight and lack of cool down runs...
Fun as hell, but still need better brakes.
If anyone gets a chance to go to SRT Track Experience, it's worth it. Get Nick on autocross - he's a damn good driver/instructor. Wait a minute, they were all freakin awesome...
