Been there When installing my AEM 5bar map sensor I used a tee that one of the ports wasn't open! Took us awhile to figure that out!

How can I route the lines if installing a BOV and keeping PCM controlled boost? I know I can just cap the pink line but I would like to remove it if possible...

WTH!!
WEll, now the bov is working but my wga still doesn't move. I have fixed all of the boost leaks (and I checked EVERYTHING). now i'm only seeing 15/16 lbs of boost with the boost controller turned all the way up.

Man this sucks, I don't want to drive 400+ miles to carlisle when stuff ain't right.

Just throwing this out there, why would someone running the blue plate have to route the lines differently than someone who is only running the stock surge valve? The stock surge valve still works the same way when it comes to boost but only difference is that the blue plate vents to the atmosphere instead of re-circulating it.

I know this thread was started more than a year ago but I think someone brought this up already but the question was not addressed.

You should NOT need a MBC if you have an adjustable wastegate. Tune the car with the wastegate. The rod should ONLY move when you are in boost to regulate (bleed) boost. There is a spring in the WGA that is pushed in by the force going through the manifold, allowing the flapper to open and bleed off exhaust. Adjust the rod on the WGA. Simple setup really.

Ain't that something!

Boost is up.
And now the $10 question, how many pounds should i be running. right now it peaks 18 holding 17ish.
Do you know if any body needs a nib turbo xs boost controller- (60 bones).

find someone with some stage 1 injectors. they will give you enough fuel to spike 20 psi on the stock turbo but get a wideband before doing to much tuning

Well, he said he has an 04 so unless he swapped his injectors out for 2003 injectors then he already has "Stage 1" injectors.
