You have the stock surge valve off the car and a block off plate in its spot correct? And the line coming off the turbo housing goes directly to the wastegate, with a bleed inline? On the throttle body there is the line coming off this, and you have a line off that going directly to your BOV correct? Which BOV are you using?

Yes the surge valve is off,the
The line coming off the turbo goes into my xs boost controller and then into the wga.(what do you mean bleed line)
I replaced t plate is on.he line from the throttle body and t'd into it to the bov.
Bov is turbo xs.
It should be correct then. Maybe the BOV is faulty. Does it have an adjustment screw on it so you can adjust the BOV? It might be too tight if so. Also are you just free revving trying to get it to blow off or driving around in boost trying to get it to blow?
Sorry i guess in need to ask someone who cares. Thanx for all the help!
I guess the thousands of PMs/threads I have answered to over the years, and taking the time to make this thread wasnt enough to qualify as helping or caring.
I have a business to run. I put this up to help you guys. If you cant follow it or are having issues, than you need to take your car to someone who knows whats going on. This is VERY simple to follow and I would hate to see you mess your car up. So please, just take it some where.
