I have an 04 with the Mopar rice plate and the AGP WGA, what vac line set up should i be running? Right now i have the WGA going directly to the turbo.

My car ran so much stronger after following this method.

Alrighty, no repeat question and prob very easy answer ... I know the fpr needs to see a vac/pressure source right!!
Well with the agp cold side pipe ... U can't do what u have on ur diagram ... There is no nipple no more and u splice the wires and thread a new sensor into the pipe no so there is nooo chance of leaks ....
So what do u recommend I use as a source, agp said splice into my boost controller line between my turbo nipple and mbc.
Also what's the best vac/pressure line to buy ..
Fuel hose sucks and doesn't seal well, or rubber hose, they collapse at vac when they are really hot
Thanks for the diagrams tho ... Hugeeeeee help and its great to use it as a double check so ppl are freaked out to start there car after they do it lmao!

P.s- I have a big turbo kit, and mine has been run exactly like urs accept, I'm not venting crankcase pressure properly and think I'm not getting full vacuum at idle, I have my fpr "T" into my turbo to mbc line.
QUESTION:
what is a boost bleed valve? a 1-way? super small venturi? What??
Ive heard that it "goes" in the line between the turbo and the WSG....but where/how can i get/make one??

S1 AEM CAI
Mopar wires BFMIC
Mopar S1 clutch Map Clamp(not installed)
FM WSG S2 injectors(not installed)
FM Drag MM Meth/water (not installed)
Forge BOV
MSD coil
Solenoid delete
Im installing a FM WGA tomorro and wanted to know what i need to do. Do i just run the line from the back of the turbo straight to the wga instead of running the black line from the solenoid? if this is the case then i can remove the blue line from the solenoid and the green line from the solenoid? i guess what diagram do i need to use is the best question. lol

Questions That I can't find the answer to after reading 14 pages.
1. pic number 3?...i think so.....
2. will this still allow for PCM controlled boost?
3. What size of cap will i need to plug off the extra nipple on the turbo?
4. What is everyone running for vacuum line? The hardlines are preformed and don't like to change shape to change to what the diagrams are.

I have done a bit of searching, im not sure how set mine up, please help me out:
Notes:
EBC has 2 ports
Wastegate has 2 ports
Turbo has no ports
Thanks guys!

ok i got a question for arron or anyone else that can help me. Ive had a guy help me out but he said to make sure on this thread. What i have is Stock turbo stock wastegate and a aftermarket bov. ive researched the issue a lot! and ive still not found exactly what im looking for. These diagrams are great but the only issue is my stock or at least what i think is my stock set up looks nothing like the stock one shown(diagram). i have the line running from my TB T'ing into my BOV then runs back toward my turbo and T's again and then that T has a T in it. one of them T'ing into the front part of the turbo compressor housing. i dont really understand why its like this and i guess my question is can i bassically just rip it all out and run a line from my TB T'ing to my BOV and run to my brake booster. then a line from back of compresser to MBC to my stock wga. and can all the silinoids be left open? if you need pictures to help understand a little more i can try and post some up.

hey Real Tune, i just noticed yall are in Cleveland, that's awesome i'm about 2 hours south of yall, i'm gonna have to come see yall sometime to tune my car when i get back from iraq. i do have a quick question for anyone to answer. i've looked over the diagrams a few times to make sure i didn't miss anything. the question is, my TB is hooked up directly to my BOV, no biggie i know, but it's not T'd off to the brake booster and every pic has it T'd off. now i could be wrong, it's been a while since i've seen my car and i foget exactly how it's hooked up, yeah i know it's sad, but if i'm not mistaken, i have the brake booster hooked up to the bottom port on the turbo, that's it. if that is so, is it safe and should it work. like i said, i'm not 100% that's how it's hooked up but pretty sure and it's ran fine the whole time i've had it, almost 2 years. brakes work fine, car runs fine, everything is good. but just curious as to what anyone thinks of this. my reason for the question is me and a friend have been discussing vaccum setups and i've been trying to help him with his but i can't really help cause i can't remember how mine is setup.

i have kinetic wga and mopar BOV, so i tried to reroute my vac lines according to this post HOW-TO: Get rid of the Stock BOV flutter - .:SRTConnection:. anyway i didnt help rid the noise i was thinking was a horse laugh, long story short i tried to go back to stock but am totally confused, i setup like the first diagram but what is connected to the nipple on the stock CAI, right now there is a elbow with a T on which both ends are capped, i saw someone ask if some fuel management or wideband was neccesary to setup like diagram #4 but never saw an answer. i hit about 15-16psi but i dont race really, just want to be safe if i change to the #4 setup.
Regarding the blue line in the stock vac line set up: in the picture it looks like it goes from the solenoid and actually into the turbo intake--just wanted to check and see if that means from solenoid to intake tube...
Im getting it set back to stock so I can run PCM controlled boost through the DSP handheld--anything special about setting this up? or can I just put it back to stock and turn the boost down untill I get the DSP?
