Stock turbo and upgraded Wheel guys,

Are you sick of PTB? Are you sick of the stocker surging? Do you want more power out of your stock turbo? Do you want to hold more boost to redline? Do you want to decrease underhood temps? Well than this is the end all exhaust manifold for your car!

With this manifold setup you will decrease PTB by 75%. You will hold boost to redline MUCH better. You will also get rid of most of the annoying surging/flutter noise that everyone hates! IT will also lower EGTs and underhood temps!!!!

At this time we have three of these manifolds out for testing and have been testing these for sometime now. We have went though 3 other designs before ending with this one. The porting on this manifold is designed to keep the air flowing as fast as possible. We spent hours and hours getting the air flow correct. There is no need to touch a thing with this piece. We DO NOT recommend porting the manifold to a full three inch to match an aftermarket o2 housing. This in fact will slow the airflow a great deal. Its not always about hogging something out. Blending and air velocity are the keys here. I am speaking about this manifold design, in how it was designed. If you are dead set on having the area opened to 3 inch [I dont recommend it], than we can get it done for you

The basic concept behind this design is to get rid of the bottle necks in the stock design and ditch the PTB causing internal WGAs. Thats right folks, this is an external WGA setup! The manifolds do not come with the external gates but can be bought with them. I HIGHLY recommend the turbonetics EVO gate for its compact size. Also a dump tube would be needed and could possible be offered from us. The dump tube we are using is a modified AGP unit for the time being. I recommend getting one done locally to suit your needs, but I may offer it if the demand is there.

The process in which these are welded is the CORRECT way. The manifolds are heated in an oven before welding. They are also checked for straightness before sending them out to you! Also a Trick way of welding makes the weld look invisible at first glance. All manifolds will be heat treated black like whats pictured here. This coating has lowered the underhood temps a great deal! Not a single manifold will be sent out with any sort of crack. Also the manifolds will have a 6 month warranty against cracking.

I will be doing a batch of 5 of these for right now. They take sometime to get done and do cost a decent penny to get made. This isnt your typical port job. There is welding, port work, and coating involved here. Plus the design cost was very very high after using the Air flow laser machines. [150/hr]. So as of right now they will only be available to the first 5 people who pay. Once the first batch gets done, if there is enough interest we will make another batch of up to 15.

The wait time is 3-4 weeks. The price will be around $650 Plus a core.

I am keeping this in my section. Please do not whore this thread as I will be deleting any out of content posts. Also if this isnt your cup of tea, please keep it to yourself. We have worked on this for a very very long time, as a few key people know, and I know it wont be beat with anything short of casting a new manifold. I have done all the testing you can possibly think of...plain and simple.

Any questions?

Wow, to bad the wheels are already in motion for me, I would've been all over this. With the "SST" type stockers making ~350whp do you think this would produce 400+ on the same setup?

Well it sure helps! We are using the smaller FM wheel and will be hitting the dyno this week. The butt dyno says a decent jump in peak, but a very nice jump in top end power. It feels like the car pulls all the way to redline. That with the cooler temps, ALOT less surging, and better boost controll...ya cant lose.

Id need to get my hands on the SST to see if 400 would be possible. Im pretty certain the FM wheel couldnt hit 400.

Thanks man. We worked a long time on this to get the airflow just right. I have a ton of money into this, which I wasnt really looking to recoup. Yet it seems there is a demand for something like this

I doubt it. I think all the tracks are closed.

We will be hitting the dyno. Also if Brad can get some time off, we will be hitting some tracks this winter [down south].
