With the RealTune kit...yes. You would need an 03 rail or aftermarket. AGP kits will work with a stock 05 rail! PM me if you are interested in one bro. -Nick

wait boobies pic was the wrong one...sorry to all who didn't see it
Here is the right pic. You are filling in where the scratch ahl is pointing. That is an already filled regulator.
so i take off the regulator, remove that peice that the ahl is pointing at fill it and put it all back together? let it dry and then install it as per the directions...
Take out the regulator, the spot that is filled is a void in the regulator. You simply fill the space with the JB waterweld and let it dry. Put regulator back in place.

ok you have to remove that piece that you point at and fill it awesome thanks
Can I use the port on the right side of the reg vs. the bottom to return to the tank?
Why would you want to do that?

so i brought in the aeromotive fpr to piece together at work
lack of tools = me
and when i was installing the gauge on it, the gauge was really tough to screw on after about 3-4 thread in.. i stopped after it got really tough and its still showing alot of threads. should i keep going? and its not cross-threading i checked that...
any advice?
I had the same problem ortiz but I put my gauge on my rail(boomba). I used a wrench to tighten it down just a little further. I turned the key to the on position and it starting leaking very little fuel. So then I got some teflon tape and put a little on the gauge and reinstalled it, tightened it down a little more than before. Turned the key back on and now I have the pressure I should have and no leaks.
so heres how it went.... i went with the instructions that BoostLee provided, and improvised some....: course remove the passenger rear tire and add some jacks... loosen the fuel tank straps.... this is how the canister to the fuel tank looks like with everything attached.. if you didnt know this is how it looks when the electrical connection and grounding wire is disconnected, this is when i go and run the engine dead so that the fuel is blead out... disconnect the battery, after that i disconnected fuel line and removed the stock FPR, NOTE when you do this, theres a tab that you have to push down and then turn it to the left till the tabs on the FPR clear the tabs on the cannister and pull out... this is were the filler neck is at where you are gonna cut into to put your return tube and bung that is provide from aaron... its hiding a lil so what i did was removed that boxy looking thing to get to the filler rubber neck thingy... i marked the rubber and cut a small chunk off so this is how the reg. looks like without filling it with the JB waterweld heres me filling the reg with weld, i put this pict in here cause i was super confused with other picts on the forums.. it clicked when i removed it so i ran the line from the rear first, prolly a lil bit easier.. the norm... very cluttered engine bay... so i turned the solenoids upside and on the same bracket i installed the fpr facing the gauge up i ran the line up and over with the boost line coming from the firewall underneath the intake i had more than enough line so i ran it down and around the BOV, ziptied it the forward part with the ecu wire harness and connected it to the fpr
the finished product... dont forget to reconnect the box thingy in the back and tighten the fuel tank straps, the tire all the junk.... turn the car to the on position without cranking the engine and check for leaks... turn in on the top of the fpr to turn up the pressure...
hope this helps out... thanks aaron for a great product, i'm using a 03 fuel rail so easy change out for me... removed the schrader valve in fuel rail with a jewlers flathead and just turned it out.... teflon taped up everything... have any question holla at ya boi!!!
hey guys i have a question... this mod has been done for a couple of weeks now^^^ and everytime i park it in the garage theres a strong fuel smell coming from the car... i think i've pinpoint the spot,.. its the FPR.. i'm thinkin its because the extra line in below the fpr and then it goes back up and over where the intake is at and under to the undercarriage of the car leaving static fuel when the car is shut off
do you think it would be wise to cut off some line so that it will be in a continous downward fall from the FPR?
sheet i've even started leaving the car outside because over night the smell is strong it will make you dissy holla back!
