Default wtf spare tire doesnt fit!!!!!!

first of all let me tell you my story. k..so i broke up with my gf and im feeling a lil down. i decide to take a ride up balcom canyon. as i am going around the second turn i hit a f**king pot hole i slow down and decide to turn around and go home. as i am going home i realize that the car is going a lil to the side. i just drive home because i dont want to pull over and i make it home. i turn off the car and go to the front passenger tire. i look down and see that my rim is bent and tire is flat. so a couple of days pass by and i jack up the car and take out the flat tire. when i remove it i see ahuge gash on the tire. well i take the spare tire and when i tried to mount it it didnt fit!!!!i was like what the FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUd ge!!!!! this really pissed me off. so i ordered some new rims and tires from wheel max. im going crazy because i havent driven my car in 5 days!!!!!!!!ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. sorry for the long story but i needed to vent.

You're getting new rims and tires...be quiet... j/k

So the spare tire didn't fit like bolt pattern or size? Did you buy the car used?

Visually the rim looks like it can go on both ways... however it will only fit one way. Did you try rotating it? My girlfriend had trouble fixing the tire on her SUV, she kept on telling me that the tire wouldn't fit. Come to find out that she was too weak to lift it high enough to fit. Another friend had a flat and tried putting the spare on... it wouldn't fit. Come to find out that he hadn't jacked the car up enough to properly put the spare on. Of all the options... I think the last is most likely your problem; I hope.

Stupid question, and not meant to be an insult, but did you have the spare on backwards? Did this once on my Camaro and I had the same problem.

mmm .. you guys know that the spare wheel/tire doesnt clear the front calipers right, so therefore, it doesnt fit. You guys have to install the wheel/rear tire in the front and the spare tire in the rear wheels.
