Default Won't shift, horrible noise and their fix was...lol

So I dropped my car off for a problem that started all at once. I went to drive the car suddenly didn't shift well, a horrible noise emitted from the car and the engine would stumble causing the engine to literally jerk back and forth.

i get a call saying they changed the spark plug wires and changed the transmission fluid.

while i can vaguely see this fixing the individual problems IF they had happened at different points in time - but this all happened at once, and i seriously doubt the noise and wracket the engine was making would be fixed so easily. and if it was the transmission fluid, to me there is definitely damage done to the car. if i pushesd the clutch in the car was fine, as soon as it was out, the noise started.

anyone want to add an opinion about this?

I went to take my stratus in for a tranny flush about 2 weeks ago and the service rep, very friendly by the way, asked me if I noticed any problems with the tranny because the flush would make them worse.
No problems at all so I went ahead and did that,..., my tranny blew up yesterday

ok so i just picked up my car and i'm pissed.

they were to do the inspection too .... so they wait til i get there to tell me that they couldnt complete the inspection because they reflashed/reset the computer and the 'monitors' reset after 60 miles and will fail if they do the inspection before that. so they friggin ripped the sticker out of my car. i'm cop bait now.

the car runs great now - but the transmission is making the noise...but i have to admit it's softer. they said they wanted to see if my shifting got easier...and if so, they were going to check into the throw out bearing...if not, they'd be looking at the input bearing or other things.

basically, now i can hear a small whine when i'm in gear driving slowly...and again, it makes noise with clutch out...nothing with clutch in.

i have 34K on the car....if it's the throw out bearing...is that a warranty item?
