Default Windshield Wipers Not Working???

It just happened to me today when it started to rain, when I realized my wipers wouldn't work at all. Good thing I rain-xed the windshield. Anyone know why? I'm thinkin a wire is disconnected or something.

check the fuse, its a 20 amp in the panel on the side of the driver side dash. look at the back of the piece that comes off, it has a diagram of the fuses.

if its not the fuse it could be the motor, does it make a sound like it moves? Or nothing at all, if it makes a sound but the arms dont move then the transmission is bad or a rod isnt connected.
