"Nothing failed but the pistons, #2 was completely gone and #3 had a
cracked ring land, it had MAJOR detonation at one time or another. I wont
know until I hear from the machinist on the block to tell you what pistons
to order. Ive got everything else ordered so we wouldnt be waiting, let
me know when I can get some money from you.

what would be the expected price for fixing what needs to be done...what would you pay from a shop to do this work?also side question what do you think could cause this if when it happened the datalog said it was at degrees of knock and a a/f or 11.2-11.5 through 3rd and 4th?srt noob i know.
