Default Turbo and/or Blow-off valve problems.

So, for the longest time I kept hearing sputtering noises coming from my car. Not to mention it was fcking annoying. It was its worst at around 3-4 rpms in second gear, as if the blow-off valve was releasing air because of too much compression, or maybe the turbo due to a leak. Constanly I'd have people in the car with me, and I'd ask them if they would hear it. They would reply with, "No, I don't hear anything. You're retarded." It was then that I decided to let a few of my SRT friends drive it around. Sure enough, they felt/heard what I was talking about (thank god). Reassuring myself that I wasn't retarded, I decided to let the local mechanic test drive it today, just to make sure. At first, he couldn't hear shit, because of my cut-off (on the driver's side) lol. I then put the cap back on and we went for another spin. Then, wham, there it was. The clearest I have ever heard it. He was like WUDAHELZ. He then came to the conclusion that, "There is a problem in the turbo or blow-off valve." "...Test Drove Vehicle - Boost pressure drops when vehicle fluctuates around 3 or 4 rpms." I could have told you that So, on Monday I'm going to take it into Dodge and bitch that I want a new turbo. Or something like that.

Ideas? Comments? Besides taking it in. Thanks.
