trouble CODE POO38 help

[colombian srt4]

i have p0038 code .only i can boost 5psi. i can't reset this code disconnecting the battery. what do i need to do?

check your intercooler piping sometimes it will pop off and you only boost like 2-5 psi car runs like crap. just a thought might be that.

your problem sounds like mine colombian. i just replaced the passenger side rubber tube with a stainless pipe but now im boostin 0 psi. like the pcm doesn't want me 2 boost at all. i think that it mite b my surge valve stuck open. im removing my mopar pos valve and replacing drivers side pipe with stainless and a greddy type rs on sunday. hope it'll fix this shit

P0038-O2 SENSOR 1/2 HEATER CIRCUIT HIGH
When Monitored: Battery voltage above 10.6 volts, ASD is powered up, and O2 heater is
off.
Set Condition: The O2 heater voltage is out of range high. One trip fault.

Listen i had the same problem p0038 the reason that code came up for me was one of the wires on the 02 sensor was broken or they were seperated somehow so i spliced the wires together and no more p0038 hope this helps and your 5psi problem there is a black vacume line coming from the wastegate fillow it and make sure it isnt crimpped somewhere it happened to me
