I forgot to repost what i did....... not much really. i checked all the vacume lines. none where disconected or loose, while the car was running i couldn't hear anything. so, i reset the pcm by disconnecting the battery. hasn't come back on since so i am to assume it was just a one time fluk or something. it seems like the 05 pcm's throw more codes than the others do. i really want to upgrade to a stage 1 pcm to avoid most of the stupid codes......

got a few codes yesterday.

P0633 which i know is because of the Mopar Stage one i ordered and the key isn't programmed to the ecu

P0038 is my o2 sensor which explains my catless downpipe

the P0517 code i don't know. did anyone else get this code? it's not listed and i don't know what caused it.

my car is a stage one with full 3" exhaust, intake and AGP wastegate. funny thing is that it's intermittent on boost. at 10psi, and half throttle it hauls. but anything after 12psi, it seems like it fuel cuts HARD! any help would be great. thanks.

nevermind. P0517 is the sensor for the battery heater. if you run an Optima battery and can no longer use the little wrap that goes around the stock battery, this code will appear.

the skim key code pops up only when you order your mopar stage whatever the fuck you order.

for your example Deporter (same as mine, read up a few posts) you must've ordered your stage one and stuffed it in your car. they're supposed to be flashed while your car is at the dealer. they won't cause drivability problems, so it's nothing to freak about. the 1105 Tip sensor i have no idea except check the sensor itself.

Check the following:

1. Defective or loose fuel cap (checked this, clicked it several times...do I have to do something to clear it?)
2. EVAP canister or hose cracked/not connected
3. Purge or vent solenoid defective
4. Vacuum leak at engine
