Default trans fluid..delaer has no clue

so i took my car to the dealer today and asked to have my trnas fluid replaced. I said make sure they add friction mod to the mix as it calls for it in the manual. SO i get this phone call and hour later from the actuall technician asking me what the heck was friction modifier!!!!!!!!!!! I about flipped. He said he never heard of it and why would i want to put it in my car.
then i explain the LSD and all and he says..."i dont think we have that shit"

DEALERS READ THIS!!! - Know a little about the cars you sell!!!! so many times i had a dealer think its a regular neon and treat it like a regular neon when it came to service. Whats an LSD? Whats friciton mod? these freakin technicians dont know there ass from a hole in the ground most of the time.

i had te personally print out the TSB to show them problems becuase they didnt believe me. there is no support for me out there wiht dodge in my area at least...last one i will ever buy.

WOW, that is just TERRIBLE! I would definitely call up DCX at their main headquarters and tell them what happened!

My dealer didn't know my car had AN INTER FUCKING COOLER... yeah, that's right.
I told them to tighten the IC Clamps and they look at me about 3-4 seconds and then they were like: "ahhhhhhhh ok... he means water pumps hose"... needless to say I had to show them how to activate my alarm and ..................

don't know if DODGE actually put out a SRT training for these guys at all or not.

Thanks god my car is stock for now.

no theres no srt training anything. service writers usually dont know the difference between a valve cover and a rear end. but if you live in coatsville where ever the hell forest pa. chances are that they hire plumbers for mechanics . dont blame dodge or dcx, blame the the owner of the place . if your dealer is full of backwood techs then do the service yourself and shut up. oh and the reason they treat your car like a neon is because it is a neon dumbass. to dcx its a neon , to the police its a neon and in anything you look at its alwayse a neon. get over it. its just a 2.4L turbo neon.
