So I was driving today in the rain and my CEL comes on. Shortly after, my car starts bogging under ANY acceleration and it almost feels like it's running out of gas. (it's not, by the way)
I get to work and use the code reader and come up with FIVE!
P0344
P0562
P0846
P0871
P0888
I did some searching, but couldn't find much. I drove it after that and it worked fine, but then a little later today it started bogging again. Once it starts bogging, I can stop and turn the car off and then turn it back on and it's fine?

sounds like you have stage 2, if that sounds right check this out.
Get the code scrubber from MB2B or whatever their name on this forum. It intercepts the signal that the s2 throughs becuase they use an auto pcm for the s2, and it will throught those codes on the srt-4. Nothing you can do about it other than swap in the stock one. But the code scrubber is more permanent.
So it's my PCM throwing codes? I don't understand why I would have this problem all of a sudden...

Edit: And yes, I am S2.
It would seem these are erroneous codes a S2 will throw, seems to be a common problem for us, I dont know if a code scrubber is going to get the car running right again though, you did say its bogging....i'm a little perplexed but i hope it was some help, id probably throw that scrubber at it and see if it doesn't just get it running correctly, the car could be experiencing poor performance from these erroneous codes...Scrub up i say.
EDIT: looking over it again, compare the codes you listed on this thread and the ones under the description of the code scrubber I would say this looks to be in your favor.

Reason: left out some info!
Well I cranked it up this morning and it was fine so I decided to drive it to work. I was about 10min into my drive with everything going well, then it all the sudden starts bogging again at any RPM over 2500.

What's the difference in using the 'scrubber' vs. an OBDII tool and just erasing the codes? I'd rather not pay $140 for something I really don't need...
