Default Strange cold air problem...

So earlier this morning i decided to remove my cold air to wipe it down. Whilst doing so i found the clamp around the elbow joining the pipe to the compressor inlet very loose. I took it off and discovered the part of the elbow closet to the compressor was badly warped and completely melted in some parts. Has this happened to anyone else? Not being a name brand intake i guess i should have expected something like this to happen. Does anyone know where i could get a quality replacement? Some pics below.

Get a Vibrant 90 degree elbow. I think I ordered mine off Ebay from some Ebay store. Real silicone is pretty damn expensive. Also if you know of any trucking store (18 wheelers) near you they usually sell shit like this.
