Default removing B-pillar covers

anyone know how to do this? im talking about the 2 vertical black pieces that are all discolored. i plan on removing and painting them black.

thanks in advance guys! i did a seach and couldnt get an anwser.

i beleive its just double sided tape or they are clipped on..would like to know as well as i want to paint mine as well..have black shiney vinyle over it now and looks okay,but i want paint

i used some old flat black vinyl i had from my stripes. it turned out really nice.....dosent show as much shit as the shiny stuff

they are a nightmare to remove....You have to remove the door glass to get to the screws to remove them...
