removed emanage and tach driver, now car won't start

the car won't start. the factory wiring harness is bundled up just like it's supposed to be. checked fuses and relays, all good. fuel pump won't prime, no crank, no start. and the security light is on. two of the plugs for the pcm won't plug all the way in, so i'm thinking it's loose connectors, but they're inserted all the way into the pcm. i can't figure out wtf is going on, but since the wiring is the only thing that's been changed, it's got to be that. i don't have time to troubleshoot the whole harness, so i'm putting a new engine harness in. anyone have similar issues?

alright, update. i completely unplugged the pcm and turned the key on. no difference. it acts exactly the same when the pcm is unplugged. anyone have any ideas? it's been pointed out to me that the pcm may be in "lock mode" but i can't find anything about that.
