Please Help!

My car died yesterday in the middle of a busy street. I pushed the gas down and it did nothing, it was super hard to push down. Everything went down to zero. I went to crank it and nothing happened. No cranking or anything. But, all of my cluster lights work and my radio works and everything. But, when i try to crank it my security light comes on and my fuel pump doesn't prime. Any ideas?? It's going to get towed to work today(hopefully) but, it is according to the manual an electrical problem. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

i found out that i blew my fuel pump/asd fuse. but, the car still runs like crap. idle is horrible, always feeling like its going to die. upstream and downstream 02 sensors are bad. just replaced not long ago. still any ideas? what is making this fuse blow?
