P0633-skim Key Not Programmed In Pcm

I have an 05, just purchased about 2 weeks ago and found this code...no idea wat it means...

You probably have a Stage 1, 2 or 3 PCM in your car. Check the PCM, which is just to the inside of the left headlight right even where the radiator is. It will say something like Mopar Stage X PCM For Offroad use only.

It shouldn't be throwing a cel though...right? It's just if you turn the key three times it pops up...if so then that's normal.
