Default p0633

mine is doing that to since i got it ive been told it has a stg1 on it, it is a 03 could it affect the boost levels i raced a friend of mine who had a 05 model i got out of the car and had red fluid up under the car so i got it towed to my uncles shop and replaced the transmition fluid well on the way home the car started pulling its self and the brakes got so hard that i had to use the ebrake to stop well i drove it home and noticed that a hose going to back of the intake manifold was of so i put it back with sealent it fixed the reving and brake problem but when i shift the rpms hang for a second now the car wont even hold 14lbs of boost since that happened and to this day i have no clue where the red fluid came from if someone could help me i would appreciate it now the car runs like crap i had a stg2 wg on it and replaced it with ptp but still the exact boosst level and the p0633 code
