Default No boost leak found but only pushing 7 pounds and then it falls to 5

I have done a boost leak test. With the boost leak test I can get it to hold up to like 12 pounds. Check the boost controller sol and it clicked. Ran open waste gate and it ran 15 pounds just fine which is why i don't think there is a boost leak but i can't figure out for the life of me why it will only run 7 pounds. Any idea's?

Default Boost problem

I hvae stage two and redid all my vacume lines taking the green hard plastic line and the black hard plastic line out. With a little looking around I swapped my buddy boost controllers cuz he had the same greddy profec I do. And that's what it was. I blew my boost controller. So I went back to the stage two toys and I can run 15psi and it will fall because of a boost leak which I just bought a couple t bolt clamps to hopefully fix that situation.

I am having same promblem I have a stage 3 with a Turbo XS RFL BOV and a MPX Inter Cooler. Me and my buddy replaced all the vac lines with samco lines and rerouted everything back to the way it was stok except for the BOV line. I am having serious compressor surge, and only able to hold 10 psi no boost leaks or anything.
Please Help with suggestions.
