Thumbs down Need help w/ boost problem

Currently just put a new longblock in the car. The vehicle still has a stock turbo w/ about 66,000 on it. Just recently went to the track and ran a 14.5 @ 95mph which is horrible. I have a kinetic motorsports wastegate relatively new that allows me to spike out to 18lbs and then drops down to about 12 at high rpms. Even while pushin 18psi the car feels real flat. I also have a mopar bov plate, i was wondering if it usualy sounds like air is rushing threw WOT, or could it possibly be leaking and causing my boost to not be effective. Anyone w/ any suggestions or comments please help me resolve this problem.

check your intercooler piping if u hear a WOOOOOSH like its leaving before it gets to your exhaust, you probally need a map clamp because your car is seeing a whole ton of boost that it doesnt want to see so its retarding the timing to make it run safer (map clamp will hide that boost), do a boost leak test.

Just a couple ideas.
