Default need help plz

hey guys i need to get inspection on my car im in new jersey btw, i failed the inspection last time for my eyelids i was wondering what can i use to take the eyelids off this time without scratching or damaging the headlights ? any product out there that will let me just peel them off or something ? thx for the info guys

If they're the fiberglass eyelids you can just pull them off, carefully though.
