Need help ASAP!!!
Problems:
Dash lights are dim and flicker when car is under a load.
Friend following me said rear tail lights flickered also.
Through a P0499 (NVLD Canister Vent Valve Solenoid Circuit high)
The left blinker seems to stay lit all the time but works fine.
Background Info:
2005 Dodge Neon Srt-4 with 52,000 miles
Prior to all this happening i installed AEM short ram instake, Ngk iridium spark plugs, granatelli spark plug wires, and auto meter boost gauge. The check engine light came on as soon as i started the car. Car idled fine in the shop. Shop was closing so i pulled the car outside into the parking lot to finish another friends car. idled fine all lights looked fine. turned out onto the main road and the dash lights dimmed and the car seemed to lose power. pulled over and verified all connectors are tight. verified pcm connectors were tight. all vac lines are connected.
