Need Chrysler District manager Matt Dideo's phone number
long story short. My car is a shitbox. I was told by Matt that before my car could get bought back i needed to take it to another dealer to have it looked at. Brought it to another dealer 3 times and my original dealer once again for a total of 9 times for a multiple cylinder mis-fire. The second dealer doesnt wanna touch the car anymore and told me to bring it back to the first dealer.
I had Matts phone number about 5 months ago when i first talked to him but i lost it. Anybody have it? please pm me if u do.
A request was sent by my dealer for him to contact me but last time it took 1.5 months before he did.

Should have a long time ago. If you won't, sorry, but don't complain. Once you file lemon, trust us you WILL be contacted. It's not in the directions, but drop a copy of the the letter off with you dealer, tell'em it's a courtesy copy.
All the info you need is right in your booklet package that came with the car. Exact procedures, addresses, etc.

allready did that about 5 months ago, it took him almost 2 months before they contacted me. I dont feel like dealing with the hassle of filing for lemon law and waiting plus having to pay to file. So i wanna talk to him again and see what he says. It would be pretty rediculous if he said to bring it to another dealer again.
I think ill just try goin to Nextel and seeing if they can pull up my old records of calls i made in may and april.
Dude, you pay NOTHING to file a Lemon Law complaint, I know because I did it. Took a bout a week. They fixed the car next visit, after they had said Dodge wouldn't allow ANY repair til after a 45 minute datalog. which they still aren't equipped to do.
Nope, Connecticut lemon law requires a $50 fee to be payed and a 16 page application to be filled out. After about 1 or 2 months, you find out whether or not you are qualified for it, and then they file it for a hearing date where you have to prove that the problem has affected the safety or value of the vehicle. Ive been told i might have a hard time because i have 29,000 miles on my car and they are gonna question why ive drove it so much when it doesnt run correctly.( the multiple cylinder mis-fires started when it had about 2500 miles on it) The dealer has nothing to do with filing for lemon law, They can only request that a roaming tech come in and look at the car. They also dont care whether it gets bought back or not, its not their problem, its Chryslers.
Your thinking about just forewarning Chrysler that you are gonna file for lemon law, that ive allready done about 4 repair attempts ago, and like i said, it toom them 1.5 months to contact me.
Ive talked to plenty of lawyers about this, i know i will win. If i had the $1750 i would have payed my lawyer and the car would be bought back with in 2 weeks.
My goal right now is to get the fuck sticks over at Chrysler to admit they dont know whats wrong with my car and to voluntarily buy it back. Im sure when they find out that i have a half page article going into CT's biggest paper(Hartford Courant) about my situation, they will get this rolling.
