Default Major Problem

OK so I turned up my agp wastegate to spike 17 and hold 15 to redline, on stock turbo, have spearco intercooler, aem sri, turbo xs rfl bov, ngk 4306 @ .35, turbo xs manual boost controller, bwoody catch can, 3" catback exhaust, 3" downpipe. I took it for a drive and everything seemed great until I floored it another time and then all of the sudden I lost all power and everytime I accelerate you hear a MASSIVE flow of air coming from under the hood. So immediately I figure vac line popped off somewhere, I looked everywhere and double checked every line humanly possible tightened everything again same problem. But about a month before this I took my valve cover off to paint it and left the gasket on. When I went to put it back on I had a hard time getting the passenger side of it on sice there are lines and cords over it, besides the pcv I took that off. But I noticed that when I would turn my car off it would wistle for a few seconds. I was wondering if maybe when I turned my boost up and the valve cover gasket wasnt on totally correct if I could have blown a hole in it causing it to leak.

I have other problems as well, idk if I can post multiple problems so I will wait.

You could have a pressure pipe incorrectly seated. Check right off the turbo, with the car idling, if you feel anything weird goin on. While the motor is cold, obviously.

You sure your IC pipes are on right? Make sure charge pipe is on the turbo

the ic pipes look like they are pretty good, the hotside pipe at the intercooler looks a little flattened as its between two tight spaces but looks fine. How do you tell if the charge pipe is connected to the turbo is it possible to see it? there is also now a noise like a deep like a groan i don't really know how to explain it, when i get to about 5 psi it happens and if I keep the boost right there it stays but the second I let off or give it more the noise goes away its really weird. I really don't want to take it to the dealership, I can;t find it I have tried everything the only thing I could think of is the valve cover but I can't really do it because I screwed it up last time I took it off if that's what it is anyways. Well any other ideas would be great thanks.

If it was your valve cover you'd be blowing oil out of any possible hole under boost. Check for oil leaks around your valve cover. If you don't see any signs of leaks then I doubt its your valve cover. Like said check all your piping. Upper and lower innercooler piping and your charge pipe.

i do have a lot of build up on the block near the intake manifold it looks like burnt oil. Sorry having a hard time picturing, you can grab the charge pipe from the top of the turbo?

The ic pipes look fine and are attached.

get a boost leak tester and charge the system. That will undoubtedly tell you where your leak is coming from. Not trying to be a smartass or anything, but is it possible that this "air" sound you're hearing is the turbo spooling and forcing the air through the pipes? Cuz I've honestly heard of more stupid things than that...
