Well, are you still boosting normally or is there no or little boost?

so did you ever firgure out what was the problem. because i am having the same exact problem with mine right now. it happened after i put new plugs in it. i put the ones befor eback in a still having the problem. i thought i might have got a bad tank of gas cause i filled it up that morning as well. but i have filled it up since then and still having the same problem. i have also tried to reset it. but still same.

I had a similar problem because the spark plugs were misfiring due to age. I just replaced them and that fixed the problem.

Look into coil or wires. Are you both running the stock coil? Are you both on stock wires? If so, how many miles? If not, what wires?
Could potentially be your fuel pump too or some dirty injectors.

the MSD wires tend to suck. i would swap out the coils and see if it continues, if it does then its ur wires, if not, then u solved it. i had the same problem but it turned out to be my MSDs so i changed them to Mopar performance ones and workes fine
