Default Hot day car won't start

Weird problem - When my car is outside and getting pawnded by the sun the car won't even ignite and the check engine light turns on. I wait until is a little cooler and the car starts right up . I didn't get the codes but Im going to try to do that.

No codes but the check engine light turns on when the car ignition is on the on possition. The check engine light is on for about 5 sec and then it blinks 10 times and goes back to solid. Anyone knows what that means.

Finally found the issue it was the starter switch on the steering wheel column. The inside piece was broken I will post some pictures later on. My mechanic replaced it and the car starts like a charm at 90 degrees inside the car
