Hesitation at Wot with agp wastegate???

Hey guys i notice lately that when i got wot either 2nd or 3rd gear that it hesitates alot and still hitting 16.5 psi. Now is that too much boost with out being tuned or a stage 1 pcm ? i adjust it back down a little and im seeing 13-15 psi and it help a little but hesitates just a bit any help would be appreciated.

Ps. My mods are in my sig and I lost to my buddies 03 srt-4 stage 1, borla catback and aem sri huh??
