This Probably A Really Easy Question But I Cant Figure It Out. My 05 Srt Just Gave Me The Red Oil Light This Morning. I Just Changed The Oil About A Thousand Miles Ago And Ckd The Dipstick And It Looks Fine. I Also Chkd For Any Leaks And Nothing. The Car Is Running Fine But The Light Stays On And It Dings Once In A While. Please Help Me Out Not Sure What Else To Chk. Could It Be The Transmission Fluid? Thanks For Ur Time

It maybe low oil pressure or a faulty sensor.............

Cool thanx man Ima chk that out that is what i was thinkin as well. I just dont know if i should take it to the dealer or a shop.

I had this happen before I have a oil pressure gouge tho and it read fine. I replaced the oil pressure sensor it was $20 from auto zone no more light

Hey thanx man what part number was the sensor? Was it hard to change?Once again thanx
