Help finding hissing noise

My buddies srt4 is makin a hissing noise when its at wot. It also wont boost over 10psi. It almost sounds like its under the dash on drivers side. Checked all vaccum hoses and found nuthing any ideas.

maybe the hard line that goes to the boost guage

checked all hard lines inside the interior and all in the engine bay.

It only makes the sound we floored under boost. do yall think it could be the mopar bov gaskett blown.
