Default Engine Wont rev over 3k

Hello guys ive been searching here for a couple of hours and couldent find anything related to my issue. I just installed RC 650cc injectors into my brothers srt-4. It will turn on fine now but the engine does not rev up past 3krpm. Car has a mopar stage 2, DP, Intake, MSD Pack/Wires/ Upgraded wastegate actuator "forgot what brand".

Any help would be great, as i cant go home until i find this out, because the car is sitting in front of my motorcycle shop...

Dident check the plugs but the car was running fine before the new injectors. The old injectors were the mopar stage 2 injectors. Should I regap the plugs for the rc's?

They were gapped between .040 and .045 i regapped them all to .035 and the problem did not go away. The plugs were black. Looked like it was running way too rich...

(looking in the fuse box from the drivers side fender) in the 2nd from the right row of fuses in the box under the hood, there should be a yellow 20amp fuse in the 2nd slot from the drivers side fender...pull it out for 15-20 seconds.....(hope that makes sense)

Ok, just found out there is a mopar stage 1 computer in the car.... Are the injectors too big for the stage 1? they are RC 650cc

EDIT: injectors were bought new. without a wiring diagram. I wired they all they same way, but im thinkink that if the wires are soppuse to be switched over, the car wouldent even start....
