Default engine ticking??

So my engine makes this ticking sound, and it's still there even after I changed the oil. Does anybody know if I need to tighten down anything on the heads or what? Any info would be appreciated.

In my 05 the ticking gets quicker not really louder. Common thing right? Nothing to really worry about?
