Angry E-bake light

Hey what's up peoples...been a while...been workin too much. Well anyways i've been having a problem for the last 2 weeks where every time i gun it my e-brake light turns on and beeps like it does wen u leave the e-brake up and try to drive. I figured maybe its stuck but its not holding me back at all so i decided to post my problem here see if anyone has had this problem b4.

haha...jk..

i heard others discuss this problem, something about the wires under your center console..try taking it off and checking them out.

Ez bake light? LOL..j/k man...

I'd just have that looked at by your dealer. I think a couple people have had that problem, it's a problem with the switch.

I got the same problem, I think I will take it in this week and have them fix it cause its coverd by warrenty right? 7 year 70,000 miles

Try adding some brake fluid.... The light comes on when you're low... and when you floor it, the fluid may be "swishing" around, causing a temporary low condition.. but that usually means you're getting there anyways...

It happen to me, and I fixed it by adding brake fluid. Try doing that like people have said before taking it to the dealer. No need to waste time over there, unless you don't care.

I just started having this the other day and figured that was the problem so i topped it off today with some of the good stuff and all is well on the srt home front now......

go to the dealer and pick up a bottle of dot 4... Works fine for me.. I had same prob for about 30 miles.. then i toped it off and its gone! Make sure you clean the resorvior before opening the cap and make sure you dont get any dirt or anything in there...

Just had it fixed last week. It took them about 2 min with a little brake fluid. As your brakes ware down you loose brake fluid.

Actually I was about to ask if anyone else had this problem with the e-brake light. Ill do the brake fluid dealie on my next day off......whenever that is.
